Vegan Coleslaw Recipe

I think this is my first food recipe I have ever posted on my blog! But after showing the Vegan Coleslaw Salad I made yesterday on my IG stories, so many reached out to find out whats in it. So I thought I would share as its so easy and healthy!

INGREDIENTS
– Arugula
– Shredded Carrots
– Shredded Cabbage
– Cashew pieces
– Raisins
– Table Spoon of Veganaise
– A little celery salt
– A tiny splash of maple syrup

I like to combine all salad ingredients in a huge bowl so I can mix it all up properly. Let me know if you try it or if you would like more quick and healthy meal ideas!
