CREATURE COMFORTS

The winter is beginning to take its toll, its too damn freezing to do anything these days. But I am trying to still dress up occasionally and not just live in all black or 2 layers of PJs when at home. I got this killer Rachel Zoe ombre flurry coat as a graduation present from my dear friend Joshua. It is so much fun to wear! I feel like something out of Where the Wild Things Are in it.

It the first month of a whole new year, its important to step out of your comfort zone and try new things in your life and with your wardrobe. The trick to trying new styles or trends you are nervous to, is to try them out in your favorite color scheme that you are comfortable with. Then you can have fun with silhouettes and textures. My favorite color palette is black and shades of grey- obviously. Don’t forget to add your favorite pieces of jewelry, like gold dainty necklace to personalize the look.
