EARLY MORNING RISER

I never thought I would be the one to say this, but I have been waking up extra early. And I like it. Waking up extra early has its benefits, no line at the coffee shop, getting a head start on your work & quiet city streets that are prime for shooting! My photographer friend Jackie and I walked to Brooklyn Bridge at the crack of dawn to make the most of its usually packed walk way. Its amazing to see the city slowly wake up and start bustling.

What do you wear at 7.30 am to Brooklyn Bridge? A pink metallic pleated skirt of course! I love mixing usually dressier pieces like this skirt with a casual tee like this cute one from River Island. That way I feel dressed up enough for meetings but also comfortable.

PS. I finally bought a Chloe Drew bag! Eeeek! I decided I loved that collection so much I needed a keepsake from it in my wardrobe. Loving the mott grey color for this season. What do you think about it? What is your favorite bag at the moment?
