I love casual Sunday in my hood. I don’t plan my Sundays in Williamsburg but tend to end up doing the same things that make me happy almost every single week.
Starting with an iced Americano at Black Star with Erica, catching up on the week and brainstorming creative ideas for the future. Then we stroll over to Crest Hardware, where they have an amazing backyard nursery that has every plant your urban garden or home could possibly need. Every week I pick a new succulent or plant to come home with me, I love filling my apartment with as much greenery as possible, it makes me feel way more at home in a new space.
After taking the new plant back to its new home and giving it some water, I love to catch a movie at Williamsburg Cinema or walking through McCarren Park to a relaxed date night dinner at Nights & Weekends or Calexico in Greenpoint. Perfect Sunday.
