Last week I modeled for Melanie Yu, a very talented local photographer and blogger. She also makes awesome beauty tutorials. Mel came over my apartment bright and early to my hair and make up and styled me a springtime outfit out of my closet. I wore some gorgeous floral headbands from Darling Petals, a new hair adornments line made in DC. We shot on a chilly but sunny Saturday morning in beautiful Rock Creek Park, Mel was able to capture the glorious time that comes each year when springtime starts.
