LAUNCH OF TARGET’S BEAUTY CONCIERGE PROGRAM

I frequent Target’s beauty department often, I am lucky that I live 10 minutes from a Target store. Which means it is always easy for me to pick up what I need, it also means I often pop in quickly for paper towel and leave with a few new Essie nail polishes. Anyone that has shopped at Target knows that as a shopper you are spoiled for choice, which can be overwhelming to some when it comes to beauty products. Target wants to help; building off their “Expect More. Pay Less.” brand promise they have introduced a Beauty Concierge program to 27 existing stores in Washington DC, Northern Virginia and Baltimore.

These stores are now staffed with a Target Beauty Concierge, a highly trained beauty expert that will serve as your trusted guide through the beauty aisles. The concierge is “brand agnostic” so you don’t have to worry about them trying to sell you any specific brand and there is no commission involved, they are just there to help you find what you need. Target invited to me experience the service first hand this morning, I got to meet the Columbia Heights location’s concierge, Will, who was incredibly helpful. My friend Tammy (A Loyal Love) and I had fun chatting to Will, asking him for his advice on all things beauty, from makeup brushes to shampoo.

I recommend checking out the Beauty Concierge at your closest participating Target, you can find the concierge wearing a black apron in the beauty department, no appointment necessary. Feel free to ask me any questions on my experience, or let me know if you have tried the Beauty Concierge at Target. Happy beauty shopping!

The gorgeous Haya (Good Good Gorgeous) was there too, here she is looking amazing while browsing (major shoe envy).

I asked about the best affordable make up brushes at Target, Will suggested the great Sonia Kashuk brushes. The wide foundation brush works wonders!

You should definitely go visit the Beauty Concierge at your nearest Target!

Would the beauty concierge help with finding the correct foundation shade for me?
