GLAMSQUAD

If you have not heard of GLAMSQUAD yet, you better get in the know! The on demand beauty service is taking New York by storm with it’s insanely talented stylists that you can call on with the touch of a button. GLAMSQUAD was founded on the firm believe that women shouldn’t have to spend so much time en route to looking fabulous. They bring the professionals to you, in the comfort of your own home. So you save time on transit to and from the salon and can do your make up, relax, have a drink or do what ever you like while you get your hair done. I was lucky enough to try the service first hand at the super cute Small Girls PR offices in Brooklyn. I went for old Hollywood glam waves, which I wish I could rock everyday! GLAMSQUAD, please move in with me?

Here is the step by step of how GLAMSQUAD gave me vintage waves, the whole process was done in 45 minutes!

Step one: My hair was cured all over with a small barrel curling iron.

Step 2: After the curls cooled they were brushed out with a large flat brush.

The brushing got a little wild.

Step 3: I was given a side path and half of my hair was pinned back to create that “red carpet” look. A spritz of some hairspray and we were done! I had so much fun with the stylish, I could have chatted all day.
